The
Yardbirds feat. Jimmy Page CD Bootlegs Discography
Not as large as Led Zeppelin but there is some great stuff capturing
few very interesting moments. Almost complete shows from Shrine Auditorium
May 31st and June 1st, 1968 are released under the title "Last
Rave-Up In L.A." and this double CD album is very worth listening
since it consisting of two of the last concerts by the Yardbirds,
just few months before as Led Zeppelin was established. "Live
Yardbirds Featuring Jimmy Page" released on Mooreland label contains
two tracks from afternoon soundcheck and the entire legendary album
that was originally issued in 1971 and soon after withdrawned after
some really heavy response from Page. An excellent 30 minutes plus
radio session for Swedish broadcast is here as well as sessions from
the Yardbirds' last studio album, "Little Games" that was
also the only one Page was involving into it as a full member of the
group.
