clear spectrum with only some hiss and very small distortion. The depth
of recording could be more prominent though, however it's not a big
issue judging overall quality.
Recording
Includes: Too Many Movies, Home.

Details: The recording is a fully professional
mixdown of multitrack.

Comments:
A really weird but fantastic, rare example of three members of the band
jamming on-stage with their very good friend, Roy Harper. Home featuring
cameo appearance of John Bonham, who came on strumming acoustic guitar.
The perfomance itself is kinda much influenced by Harper's style but
it's top playing - very climatic and loose.

DECEMBER 29 - CONCERT
FOR THE PEOPLE OF KAMPUCHEA, HAMMERSMITH ODEON, LONDON, ENGLAND (SATURDAY)

at the keyboards sharing backing vocals with Linda Mccartney. The edited

Comments:
Well, all three songs explains everything - the almighty Zepp meets
one of the Godfathers of British rock, the Macca nd his Wings band.
A truly outstanding and remarkable piece of music history, gathering
one of the most exciting line-up we can only wish to see! The music
itself is just a rock standard medley, nothing close to what we could
expect from the Zeppelin but still a gem.

Comments:
This was the first official reunion show of Led Zeppelin and is not
as bad as might be reported. But Plant's voice was shot, Jimmy had trouble
with the monitors and the drummers were out of sync what caused of a
rather chaotic and uneven performance. Robert teased the crowd with
"Any requests?" line and they played Stairway To Heaven for
delight of the large crowd.

Comments:
This could be a great concert but was totally destroyed by Jason, who
completely missed the power and energy, especially on Kashmir. Plant
also mixed up some lyrics to that song what caused of a complete lack
of power that characterizing this Led Zeppelin classic. On Heartbreaker,
Page almost totally missed his solo and the whole band rushed into a
short and compact version of Whole Lotta Love, similar to Copenhagen
July 24th, 1979 version. Stairway To Heaven found both Plant and Page
missing some lyrics and solo.

Comments:
A historic gem! After two uneven reunions this was a really strong show
with some great jams throughout. In fact, this concert is a kind of
jam session rather than usual Zeppelin set. For the first time they
decided to perform For Your Love from Presence album live! When The
Levee Breaks has its appearance here too and is very long. A bunch of
special guest stars making this recording very interesting and well
worth listening.

Comments:
This show is hot! Simply the best of all four documented reunion concerts
they played! From the opening bars of Good Times Bad Times it's obvious
the band rehearsed so long that caused of a near perfect playing through
the whole show. Jason sounds really fantastic and his playing is very
similar to his great late dad, John. Jimmy is in a peak form - his solos
are tight, full of energy and he didn't miss anything tonight! Just
listen to In My Time Of Dying - a pure genius. For Your Life is played
live before large audience for the first time in its entirety here as
well as Ramble On. Dazed And Confused and No Quarter are playing in
a more compact, shortened versions but it doesn't means lack of magic.
Kashmir is bombastic and two heavy encores closing this spiritual event.
